Dr. Mark Richard Schoenfeld, MD

Wish I could give Dr. Schoenfeld 5 stars as he is for sure a great physician, patient, kind, and takes his time with his patients. However, he has an issue about letting his patients go. I've been trying to get the Medical Records of my mother in law for the past 2 months without success. His staff, that many times are not that friendly or helpful, tells me every time that the chart is not closed yet and cannot be forwarded to the new physician. How long does it take to close a chart? I even got the new doctor's office calling Dr. Schoenfeld to ask for the records, but still the answer was the same: Chart is not closed! Dr. Schoenfeld has no right to keep her records for more than 2 months for no apparent reason. Meanwhile, my mother in law is the one suffering as she cannot see any other Pain Management MD without her medical records.

I suffered from back pain for so many years. I saw doctor after doctor, know one could help me. My primary doctor met Dr. Schoenfeld at a town meeting and suggested I see him. Boy am I happy I did. I'm not 100% pain free but in the short time I have been seeing him(2months) he has done more for me then anyone else. My quality of life has improved so much!!

I Love Dr. Schoenfeld !! He has helped me so much over the past 3 months. His staff is very pleasant. I am so happy I made the switch and could not ask for a better doctor.
