Dr. Mark Joel Seifert, MD

Hello, OK so, In 2003, two years after I moved to Arizona, my electrophysiologist, Dr. Peak, left Phoenix and moved to Cottonwood. I didn’t know what I was going to do. That’s when I met Dr. Mark Seifert. The first thing he did was put another (2nd) lead in the bottom chamber of my heart, because there was only one in the upper chamber. Well I thought I was going to have to warm up to Dr. Seifert for a while, having such an awesome relationship with Dr. Peak. I was so wrong. Not only did I like Dr. Seifert immediately, but he has saved my life at least two or three times since we met over 16 years ago. I just recently got out of the hospital from a new defibrillator implant, it’s smaller and the wound is very small. Dr. Mark Seifert, cares about his patients. I do have his cell phone number and was told to call him anytime I felt uneasy. Anytime. I certainly hope there will never be a time or reason for me to have to replace Dr. Mark Seifert as my Electrophysiologist . Five… stars across-the-board!!

I was referred to Dr. Seifert after an ER visit. However, I believe the referral may have been inappropriate for Dr. Seifert's specialized skills. I canceled further testing. He did follow up with me via emails after the appointment which I appreciated. That being said, I do not intend to seek further treatment. The ER doctor's advised me to come in as needed for a "reset," and that's what I will do from now on.
