Dr. Shaffer and staff are fabulous! Highly recommend them to anyone. He performed ligament surgery on my ankle and anytime I call with concerns (not about the ligament, but other), he is always willing to talk to me and he answers the phone sometimes. My husband had an issue during most medical shutdowns, but Dr. Shaffer was still going on a modified schedule and fit him in. He is an excellent doctor, his staff is warm and caring. If you don't get an answer when you call during "advertised hours" they will call you back, or better yet YOU call back. You are not their only patient but when you are there they do treat you as such. If you miss out on his expertise because they didn't 'answer' the phone during a pandemic..... you are missing out! Called during normal business hours according to a recorded message (2:30 - 3PM). Never got anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Take your medical care somewhere else.

Dr. Shaffer and staff are so friendly. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Shaffer did a surgery to fix my tendon in my ankle and I could not be happier with the results and the care I received. I am going back to have another surgery done and I will only go see Dr. Shaffer!
