I have been treated by Dr Shapiro since November 2021, I had surgery for lung cancer in December 2021 with him. I highly recommend him, he is very knowledgeable, takes his time to explain everything to you , he has a lot of patience, and is extremely kind , Excellent Dr, one of the best I know.

Dr Shapiro told us in our consult that the anesthesiologist worked with him since dr Shapiro was in network. That they both would accept our insurance payment but after the surgery his anesthesiologist wanted the diffference of what he charges n what insurance paid. Then when I tried to get in touch with dr Shapiro about the outstanding bill he n his office would not speak to me. Now we are being sued yet dr volkov. N my insurance sayshesnot innetwork. Who knows whither anesthesiologist is before surgery n what insurance they take. I told dr Shapiro this was my concern before surgery he said he works an agreement with the anesthesiologist. He lied. Not an honest dr
