I went in to have a molar looked at to see if it needed to be extracted, he took a look at it with a very positive attitude. He said yes it needs to be extracted and we can do this for you no problem. He sent me off to the secretary with a big smile. I sat down in her office and she said ok that will be 1,200 dollars! Well I dont have insurance and was planning on paying out of pocket but 1,200 dollars?! I was in so much pain and they wouldn’t budge on anything or refer me to anyone else, like maybe a dental clinic that caters to lower income people. Something! But nothing, just give us the 1,200 now or get lost. I left there feeling hopeless and in pain and they didn’t care AT ALL!!! The next day I found Dr Peoples and he did the extraction for 550 and it took about 10 minutes. The greed and callousness of Dr Sheehan and his cold bill collecting Secretary is so far removed from the spirit of medicine that they should ashamed but I doubt they are.

this is what the "professional" in his limited statements to me at first meeting "how about alittle snuzzy snuzzy and get this ball rolling",,,conscience sedation..MORE LIKE UNCONSCIENCE,arm not restrained, arm on top.was BRUTALIZED.IV in arm resulted in long term pain, swelling THROMBOSIS.

after being released from his care , days later ended up with an anaerobic infection ( which attacks the central nervous system) diagnosed by a different oral surgeon who immediately debrided the mandible & admitted me to the hospital. lucky for me augmentin, flagyl, zosyn treated the infection before brain abscess

My daughter has a low tolerance for pain and was very scared for this procedure. Dr. Shehan and staff are very professional and made her experience painless. I would recommend his services to anyone. Kudos Dr. Shehan!!!
