Dr. Mark Brian Silverman, DO

Avoid the office in Farmington hills at all cost! Office staff tried to be helpful. MRI machine is located ina trailer outside of the actual building, and is probably not inspected or certified by ANY medical authority. Never going back.

Why? So, I was thinking, I need to find a New Dr. Not happy with the MIND clinic. But not planning on switching to this guy is until he decides to change up his staff. Please will someone from Silverman's office respond. I was referred to this Dr by Dr rybken.

He was poor to fair but his office staff was indifferent to dangerously incompetent when billing. They ran up a bill that should have been paid each visit...without informing me. AND to date still have me as unpaid on a credit report. I did in fact pay all that was due in 2017.

Poor patient service, made my issue worse. Held patient records due to staff incompetence. NOW, billing $5 from 2017! Would not go back..ever

My Husband is his patient. No follow care his staff are unprofessional and rude. Front desk gave me this answer “ I don’t care”. When I said I’d like to speak to the doctor or someone regarding my husbands recent test results I am on his release of information. No return calls, I am a health care professional myself. The care here disgusts me! Over and over again!

Office personal is very difficult to deal with. Dr. does very minimum with no with NO follow up. had lab work ordered "stat" he received the results same day but took him over 2 weeks to relay the results to patient.

The quality and attentiveness of the doctor and the staff have been steadily declining over the past several years. My most recent appointment was rescheduled by the staff three times. Once I arrived, I waited 2 hours to get into an exam room. When I got into the room, I received a call on my mobile phone from the FRONT DESK TO FIND OUT WHERE I WAS!!! I said I was in an exam room. The told me to come out and stay in the lobby until I was called again, where I waited even longer. Totally unacceptable.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. M Silverman and his staff. Staff was very nice and so was Dr. M Silverman. Yes I would go back and tell other about him.

His office staff is HORRIBLE but he was ok. Not much of a bedside personality. Probably won't see him again.
