I have been a patient of Dr Simon since I was 18 years old. I have retired & my insurance that I have isn’t available in their network. I was disappointed to have to find another physician because I’ve been happy with his office & staff for over 40 years. He is very polite & will review your medical history to keep you healthy. There’s so much to say about being a former patient of his & it’s all good. I plan to change my insurance next year to come back to the best doctor ever.

Dr. Simon is a very good doctor & a very kind man. He does tend to be about 1 hour behind anytime you go to see him. But in the past six months his office staff is beyond rude!!! The long time employee by the name of Kathy is one of the most hateful people you will ever meet. I have tried to get an appointment multiple times to be seen when I’m sick and I’m told they are booked and I am welcome to go to the ER or starcare. Thought that was the whole point of having a family doctor? To be seen when you sick?? When you call the office you get stuck in the voice mail loop and sit on hold for 15-20 min. Then just to be told you can’t be seen. It’s sad to see how this office has really gone downhill. Looking for another family doctor.

Dr. Simon cared for my mother, and my mother and I and my wife know that Dr. Simon is the very best doctor in Massillon Ohio. I would never go to another doctor unless Dr. Simon refers me.

I have been Dr. Simon's patient for 20 years and I really love his practice. He is patient, understanding, caring, knows his medicine, and, if he can't help you, he will refer you to someone who will be able to carry on where he left off. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Simon for 25 yrs. I have recommended him to many people and they too are pleased with him. Very compassionate and listens to you. Makes you feel comfortable with him. Great personality !! My only complaint is long waiting time in office, very busy practice...which is a good sign. Very good on follow ups.
