Dr. Mark Alan Sinkoff, MD

I don't think he likes women, he for sure didn't care for me! I had a sty in my eye, and he told me that"if I didn't wear all that stuff on my face, I wouldn't have a sty!!! Mind you, I'm almost 70, and do not wear much make-up at all. He really didn't treat me.....I was an other doctor's patient, but she was gone for the day, the gave me him to see. At the end he told me to go to my own doctor to be treated! I was shocked! One thing I have to add, I never said one unkind word to him after being insulted, but he could not have been ruder!!!

The experience with Dr. Sinkoff was terrible. He was condescending and interrupted constantly during the few minutes of the appointment. He was not aware of the latest research regarding a common condition. Indeed, the young medical student who participated in the appointment was more knowledgeable and a better listener.

Dr. Sinkoff took care of my mother for years and then when I needed to find a doctor, I started to see Dr. Sinkoff and I thought he was just great. He was thorough, caring, and always made me feel at ease. He answered whatever questions I had and never rushed me through an appt. He took wonderful care of my mother during her last years & she lived to be 93, so that says a lot for the care she received from Dr. Sinkoff.

I find Dr Sinkoff to be very accurate in his diagnosis procedure during the 15 plusyears that I have gone to him. He diagnosed my husband's problem quite accurately when two specialists at Beaumont failed to do so. I give Dr Sinkoff a higher than passing grade. Carol Russell

If you are healthy and are not interested in a doctor who takes time to listen, processes what you say without dismissing you, is equally concerned with providing an accurante diagnosis as well as tailoring a treatment plan to your needs, then this is the doctor for you, as he lacks all of these qualities. However, if you are in need a true medical professional, look elsewhere.
