Dr. Smith offers highly individualized care and you never feel like you’re “just a number.” He listens to your concerns and addresses them all. His staff and other providers at Carolina Neuro offer the same standard of care. I drive from out of state to receive what I think is the best standard of care in my region.

I went to see Dr. Smith this Monday for my one year ACDF follow up check, I was so happy that I have totally recovered. Dr. Smith is very professional with high technical skills and he is very nice. I will recommend him to do ACDF if anyone asks me.

This was my first visit to this facility. My wait was very short. The staff there were kind, and Dr Smith, his PA Mike and his nurse Kelly were all personable and very professional. It was a great experience!

Dr Smith did my back surgery & I couldn’t be more pleased. After years of pain with walking, I can now walk pain free, and do my other activities. I am grateful to him & his team & so thankful.

Dr. Smith performed surgery on my C5-7. Structurally, I am doing great. I am frustrated that I can't do more and he is happy with that because it means I am willing to get better. He has performed surgery on my husband and several other people we know and all are happy with the outcome.

Don't go there. They are only about money and surgery. They don't care about helping with Chronic Issues. Dr. Smith wrote the worst inaccurate Clinical Review I have ever seen. He lied on my Clinical Revie, and I told him so. He should be reviewed by the AMA. And, this is the President of the CNSA. Refused to see me for inperson follow up. Would only do phone call. Well, he gets a one for making the phone call. I saw him 3 years ago, and got two different opinions on Surgery since seing him. Thought they were the best. I could tell the moment I walked in he wasn't going to help me. He orderd two MRI's on C-Spine and L-Spine. I clearly have severe Degenerative Disc Disease, undeniable. He wouldn't even recommend be to a CNSA PT person to see how they could make me more comfortable and talk about what my progression could be. I gave them a 3 out 5 on my initial visit,,,, Isabelle called about this survey, seemed like she care. Not sure now. Beware of this Practice. I… am sure there are other great Docs there, but, very dissapointed to see the President/Practing Physician of CNSA treating someone looking for some sort of help like this.
