Dr. Mark Hanwook Song, MD

Unfortunately, I’m a current patient as of 8/8/25. This dr is not concerned with my overall health and is trying to discharge me. I told the dr. I cannot be discharged as my symptoms have not subsided enough. I have swelling of the legs, may pain is about an 8 out of 10, I cannot stand or walk for more than 5 minutes. How am expected to use the restroom on my own? I need help getting up from the bed and the toilet. This dr. just wants to free up a bed as I’ve been here 5 days now. The nurses and the PT agree that I’m not ready to be discharged, but you know how people are when they have a matrix to follow. If you are looking for a new Dr. do yourself a favor and look to someone else. I’m here for a reason and was admitted for the same. Please beware of this dr. and any other, do your research and read reviews. He’s not my primary but unfortunately I have to deal with him for now. I’ll be asking for a new dr in the morning and asking that a Case Manager take a look into my case.
