Dr. Mark Sanford Springer, MD

We have been seeing Dr. Springer since moving to PA from NC many years ago. We used to live in Allentown and now live 25 miles away. We still travel to Dr. Springer because of his care and professionalism. He looks ahead for ways to improve our health. He keeps up to date on new medicines, tests and is forward thinking, which we appreciate. While we aren't always the best patients, he remains consistent and gives us the very best care. The staff is very helpful and kind. If you are looking for a family doctor we highly recommend Dr. Mark Springer.

Seems he has gotten less concerned about his patients and more about getting the co-pay. After 2 visits and a phone call concerning pain, I took it upon myself to go another route for solution. On next regular check-up he never asked about my pain. This was not the first time. Seems he blows some things off. When nurse called with bloodwork results she couldn't find my previous results for comparison when she told me a number had gone up. With move to new shared office staff has gone down hill. Nurse/receptionist kept me waiting while she chatted with a pharm sales rep. The rep was obviously uncomfortable while she chatted about her daughter's insurance. Another nurse called with reminder on my husband's appointment but left another doctor's name (believe it's the shared office doctor).

Dr Springer always takes his time with his patients and explains things well. He never rushes me out of my appointment and listens to my concerns. I highly recomend him. Staff for the most part is friendly.
