Dr. Mark Martin Stapleton, DDS

Dr. Stapleton is excited to announce that he has acquired the practice of Dr. John Posselt. He is looking forward to meeting you!
Dr. Stapleton was born and raised in Apple Valley, Minnesota. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2001 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2005. Upon graduation, he completed an intensive year-long residency program in general dentistry at the University of Florida.
Thereafter, he practiced in Kennebunk, Maine for four years, while his wife completed her general surgery residency. He was proud to receive his Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) last summer in New Orleans. To accomplish this goal, Dr. Stapleton completed over 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a rigorous comprehensive exam and fulfilled at least three years of continuous membership in the AGD.  He has also received extensive additional education at the …world-renowned Dawson Academy.  Dr. Stapleton and his family returned to Minnesota in 2010.
Dr. Stapleton’s main interest is providing comprehensive dentistry for the entire family. He also has expertise in cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, full-mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery and TMJ therapy. His focus is on prevention and patient education. His goal is to provide high quality dentistry while respecting the individual needs of each patient. He seeks to provide comfortable care to his patients and provide them with a positive experience. Dr. Stapleton and his wife reside in Chaska with their two-year old daughter. His wife is a general surgeon with Lakeview Clinic in Waconia. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hockey, biking and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Stapleton will begin his practice with White Oak Dental in July 2011.  The practice will remain at the same location. Again, he looks forward to meeting all of you!
