Dr. Mark Steehler was rude and obnoxious. I saw this Provider in follow-up to an ear infection diagnosis made by my PCP which was not clearing. After running a few audiology tests, the Provider deemed that I must be a hypochondriac (his words) and that my PCP's diagnosis was wrong since I had no hearing loss. When I persisted to challenge the doctor and asked about my symptoms he became frustrated and snapped that he had 7 years of experience before throwing papers at me and running out of the office. Upon complaining to the Office Manager I was told they could schedule me on another day for a different physician in the practice to see me. They had no problem collecting my cost share and did not offer any medical care that day following this provider's unprofessional outburst.

He's as good as it gets for bed side manner and he resolved a problem several other "more experienced" doctors could not resolve.
