Had mri in may he said it was normal yet 4 mos later he’s saying same mri isn’t normal and I need surgery. Also gave 8 cortisone shots in 7 mos which is a no no to other ortho doc. Got mad when I requested second opinion

He is the most arrogant Dr. around. Get ready to wait 2 hours for his wonderful charm. Must think he is the only ortho in town! See ya Stew.

had an almost three hour wait on a follow up. he did not perform a follow up. he immediately insulted me upon entering the exam room. this after i had spent 45 minutes "seated" on the hallway floor. lots of sick and injured, no apology or explaination or a thank you for the wait. just insults and failure to fufill his modest obligation.

I had heard some very troubling stories but decided to give him a chance anyway. Well, the first chance was in Caro and I had to leave after two and a half hours of unexplained waiting. There were people who were scheduled an hour ahead of me who hadn't been seen!! So I chanced an appointment in bay city in a couple weeks. Just under 2 hours of waiting, he then agreed to look over all my MRI s from the previous year. I've some complex issues and he had claimed to "do it all". Next appointment was the follow up in depth overview. After nearly 3 hours, he enters and tells me he does not do paperwork and continues to insult me for a few minutes. I ignored him and requested my records sent back. He is only good if you enjoy to wait while seated on floors. Wonder why he only does procedures that are quick and expensive...

Dr. Stewart has been my orthopedic surgeon for many years. I trust his judgement and expertise.

Had rotator cuff surgery it went really well, except its a rotator cuff surgery. I seen all the reviews seen the waiting room but he is a doctor who is really busy. Im glad he is short with me that way I hope he can visit more patients. Surgery was successful and that's what counts for me....

There are long waits in the waiting room and his bedside manner is rather brisk but none of that matters to me. It's his skill as a surgeon that is my main reason for going to him. I have had both a hip replacement and a knee replacement and I couldn't be happier. The incisions were minimal and I believe that is why I healed so well. I was back to work after my knee surgery. Amazing.

I have been a patient for several years. I am very happy with my care and feel confident about the treatment I receive.

The receptionist was short, snippy and cutting. NO ONE introduced their self, not even the doctor. The xray was too dark but he used it anyway. The doctor dismissed my relevant concerns with pure ambivalence. The care provided was incompetent. I went to the ER the same night to reverse the inept intervention. If the receptionist is rude, then probably the rest of the care will be bad. The tone is set from the top down.

Didn't spend much time in the room. Seemed very rushed. NO SENSE OF HUMOR!Bed side manners definately need to be brushed up on.
