Dr. Mark Edward Swetz, MD

He was my husband and my doctor till my husband passed in 2018. Dr Swetz was always there for us and if you needed a call back he would. If I didn't move back to Canada I would still be going there. Miss him and the staff. Thanks for all you did for Ed and myself.

Two weeks ago the doctor changed my blood pressure med,at thattimethe doctor assured me he would recheck my pressure with no problem before my Major operation.called the office and explained what the doctor said.was told the doctor is booked can’t see him I know it takes a long time to check someone’s blood pressure.this is possible life threatening.i know the people answering the phone could care less just terrible.

Got me in the same day, listened to all my complaints , gave me 2 scripts and follow up in one week or call to come in sooner if not doing well

He's nice but not very good at exams or followups. I feel he lies on exams. No gown put on so you can't really see your skin. ( skin in tact- Hmm) Doesn't do Neuro exam, but he says he does . Feels your abdomen thru your pants. Could care less about followup. Medical record keeping horrible . a lot of errors. Found out when transferred out . I would advise all current patients to get a copy . DO NOT QUESTION ANYTHING OR YOU WILL BE DEMISSED FROM THE PRACTICE . DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT STAFF . CHECK EVERY FORM BECAUSE OF MISTAKES. KNOW WHAT YOU CAN BE BILLED FOR, LIKES TO UPCODE. CHECK YOUR DIAGNOSIS , PROBABLY WRONG. THERE ARE BETTER DOCTORS WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT ALL YOUR HEALTH. OH AND JOYCE NEEDS TO RETIRE,VERY MISERABLE NURSE. I'M PRETTY SURE SHE'S NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO TRIAGE PATIENTS ON THE PHONE BECAUSE SHE'S A LPN. I COULD GIVE MANY EXAMPLES BUT I WILL STOP.

My family and I have been going to Dr Swetz for a long time. I feel comfortable when I go and not feel rushed.

Been seeing Dr. Swetz about 15 years -- started out just seeing him as a family practitioner for annual checkups and colds. When I discovered my specialists would only prescribe the most expensive meds on the market, I fired them and began to see Dr. Swetz for thyroid and diabetes conditions also about 5 years ago. He is encouraging, very knowledgeable, willing to talk about my ideas and provide necessary information in a positive manner. Shares telephone service on nights/weekends with another reputable doctor.

Dr. Swetz has provided care to my family and me for the last 16 years... both at his practice and former medical group. Outstanding person. Great staff. Fabulous bedside manner and compassion. Explains his thoughts and diagnosis completely. Does not over-prescribe or over-treat. I look forward to growing old with Mark as my Doctor and friend.

I have been seeing Dr. Swetz since I left my pediatrician. He is kind, courteous, asks a lot of questions & answers mine as well. He's personable, asks about family, checks up on chronic conditions, suggests good things & overall is fantastic. Speaking as a medical professional, he is very good!! His one nurse however, can be a bit cranky & condescending at times...
