This clinic closed its doors with no notice to existing clients. I had pre paid for several esthetic treatments, that I had not used. Will be taking him to small claims court

Dr swyer has been my families doctor for many years. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Dr. Swyer and his staff go the extra mile when we need it the most. dr. Swyer actually listens, which is a rare trait these days.

Doctor Swyer has been my personal physician for 15+ years. He listens to me and we discuss lifestyle and health related issues. He is more than my doctor, he is my friend. He will give his opinion but always listens to be sure that I am comfortable with the prognosis and I understand what we are doing and what we hope to accomplish. Not your usual doctor who treats patients as case studies and won't customize treatment. I am happy with his level of care and consider myself lucky to have him as my primary care provider.

Ive been using Dr Swyer for 20 plus years now. He is thorough and explains everything very well. He is easy to talk to and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

After having 2 appointments canceled due to their laser breaking down--I was burned during treatment when the "repaired" laser malfunctioned. I asked to meet with Dr. Mark Swyer to discuss treatment options and scar prevention immediately after the burn occurred. He kept me waiting 20 minutes, reluctantly offered to order a specialized cream from out-of-state, failed to make good on that offer, failed to tell me he wasn't able to get the prescription cream, and ultimately failed to provide any care or even a follow-up phone call. When I called him he said, "You have my permission to see a plastic surgeon." This is a truly abysmal practitioner. Prospective patients BE WARNED!!!

After waiting for 90 mins, I was told that Dr Swyer didn't take patients under 65, with Medicare. 90 minutes I waited. Maybe he doesn't take younger patients or maybe the strong smell of whiskey coming from his office kept him from seeing me. Who knows? It's an hour and a half I'll never get back and he didn't even have the decency to tell me himself, he sent one of his nurses.
