I had my first visit today, general cleaning, went Great! So glad I based my decision on previous reviews and looked into the staff and area before making a selection, couldn’t have been better ?? the staff is very warm and welcoming in person and over the phone, they are professional, and very knowledgeable. The office is decorated really nice, and it just feels Right from the time you walk in the door! Location is everything since Nashville is growing so fast. Really down to earth staff, Andy was a pleasure, and Nashville native ???????????? Shot out to Kayla for an Awesome ???? cleaning today, she was so thorough and gentle. Already made my next apt, thanks Leah, and can’t wait to go back! Got a first visit welcome gift too ?? Thanks again Thomasson and staff!

I have been going to see Dr. Mark since I’ve had teeth! He’s always been so incredibly attentive and kind, never pushy about procedures, and just an all around wonderful person. The rest of the staff has always always been a pleasure as well. I left a message for an emergency on Sunday night to get in Monday morning, and Enitra called me back at 8:02 Monday morning! That is prompt! :) Now, I haven’t been to see him since the move to the new location, and the addition of his son Dr. Andy to the team—but I have to say, I’m blown away by the work they’re doing together. Andy wasn’t pushy about anything, and was very,very kind and wonderful. Yesterday I was going to have to have a root canal; however, in my current financial situation, I’m unable to afford it. (That’s all I’ll say) Dr. Andy and Enitra looked and looked for ways to save me money and make sure I wasn’t going to break the bank on this one sad, decaying tooth. After much consideration, Dr. Andy and I decided to pull the tooth… and save my money for more future preventative care. They thought about the person, and not the cash flow of oral surgeries. That is SO important. During the whole procedure Andy was cheery and supportive, helping me keep my mind off it. Y’know, a lot of people dread going to the dentist, but I never have. I’ve always had Dr. Mark Thomasson, and now I’ve got Dr. Mark and Dr. Andy. :)

I've been going to Mark Thomasson over twenty-five years. He has gone out of his way to meet my dental needs. In addition, I look forward to seeing him when I need to as he is more than a dentist, he becomes a friend to his patients.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Thomasson for years, and have been more than satisfied with wonderful care! His office is comfortable and clean with personal touches displayed in all the rooms. His office staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. After meeting Dr. Thomasson, you will immediately see that he loves what he does, and you will never just be 'another patient' to him. He takes his time with each visit and makes everyone feel important! Thank you Dr. Thomasson and staff for an excellent dental experience everytime we visit!
