Dr. Mark James Todt, MD

I've been going to Dr. Todt for about five years now. What used to annoy me (waiting in another room hearing him talk to someone for like 20 minutes) I have grown to appreciate. He does this with everyone. While most Doctors today stare at their laptop, ask impersonal questions and overall seem uninterested - as if you are part of a conveyor belt process as a patient - Dr. Todt's probing questions are to compile a history (if you haven't been with him for long) to try and explore different alternatives so you can get to the route of a problem. He is persistent, tries different tests and remedies, he is kind and compassionate. I wish there were Doctors out there like him, but it seems they are an expiring breed.

Dr Todt is a great Dr, down to earth, good bedside manner. His front desk staff on the other hand are terrible. They have bad attitudes when you request the simplest of things from them. Referrals are impossible to get. Messages for the Dr to call you with blood test results are not relayed, and for some reason this office will never give any appointment reminder calls. So unless you are the worlds most organized person, you will probably miss half of your appointments, especially ones that are scheduled far in advance. This office really needs to focus on customer service because I am sure they lose patients over it.

If you want a doctor with a horrible bedside manner and an alarmist this is your doctor.

Very insensitive and it all depends on his mood that day how he treats you. Will never go back.

Wouldn't want to see anyone else. He's a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Todt is very knowledgeable and assertive in treating me and my family. Moreover, he is empathetic in a very professional way. I always know that my family is in good hands with the little things and the (much) larger concerns.

The staff is always helpful I enjoy going there
