I started being my kiddos here 5 plus years ago. The have been nothing but kind and caring to them. Some have special needs and need gentle hands and lots of patience. They have never let me down. Thanks for everything you do for my kiddos. Thanks for the evening calls to check up on them. You are the best.

Due to recent changed in Dental insurance - I had to find another Dentist. I had just had my annual cleaning, and found out that my dentist was not on the provider list. Last Friday - I broke a tooth and now I needed to find another Dentist soon. Monday morning of this week I found out that Dr. Mark Troilo was on the provider list and not only that was close to where I live. I called them about 9 am Monday morning and they promptly scheduled me in for Tuesday morning. I told this was fine since I was not in pain at the time. I did stop by Monday afternoon and gave his staff all of my insurance data. They were very professional and were extremely helpful and said they would see if there were any openings Monday afternoon - I told them I could wait until Tuesday morning - they made me feel at home and that they were really interested in my well being. Tuesday morning I showed up for my appointment, and the wait was very short - I underwent the procedure to prep me for… a crown for the broken tooth. Dr. Troilo was very informative on what he was going to do and between him and his assistant exhibited their total concern for me and improving my situation and fixing the problem I had. I believe they were truly interested in my well being and I think they took extra measures to complete the process. I was really amazed when I called them Tuesday afternoon about my discomfort. They handled it quickly and helped me. What really blew my socks off - was first thing Wednesday morning - I received a call from Dr. Troilo asking me how I was doing, I was very impressed that he took the time to check in on me - knowing that he probably has a very busy schedule - but it meant a lot to me knowing that this doctor took the time. I am not a spring chicken, and over the years have seen several doctors in my lifetime, including doctors all over the United States, since I was in the Army for 34 years, and out of all this time I will have to say that Dr. Troilo and his staff are very efficient and professional and are people I would highly recommend to any one Charles E.
