Dr Tungesvik is an excellent physician. He explains test results, even showing the CAT scan and encourages questions. The staff are very caring and responsive.

To hear the word cancer has to be the most fearful and intimidating time in my life. I can’t imagine walking it out without my faith, family, church community and Dr. Tungsevick. Dr. T is very approachable, informative and compassionate. He takes time to address any questions you may have with respect and clarity. I also admire the way he prayed with me when I felt most overwhelmed. I’m forever grateful for his dedication to travel to Marshall weekly to meet the needs of our county along with the Cancer Center. The staff there have a way of making you feel as if you’re the only patient they are seeing and taking care of that day. Even though the chemo bay is full. They have certainly been a light during one of my darkest times.

Dr Tungesvik and Missouri Cancer Associates have managed my multiple myeloma for 4+ years. I feel very fortunate he is in charge.
