Dr. Mark Anthony Vitale, MD, MPH

Unfortunately went to the DR in excruciating pain wrist and elbow and was under his care for several months and was never offered any treatment options other than PT fortunately I have found an excellent hand surgeon who has explained what is wrong and will have procedures soon to elevate pain.

Dr. Vitale is an amazing surgeon who cares about his patient. I had a very bad trigger finger in my left thumb. After receiving cortisone shot, It got better. I thought surgery would be involved but not at this time. Though Dr. Vitale mentioned that it could recur in 6 months and I can see him again. The front desk attendants were really nice & helpful. It was the best doctor visit experience

As an athlete, I chose to see Dr. Vitale because of his extensive experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries of the hand. Under Dr. Vitale’s care, I was able to successfully recover from my injury and return to sport in a very short period of time. I attribute this to his skill as a hand surgeon, his bedside manner, and the personal attention he gives to his patients. He always made himself available pre and post surgery to answer any questions I had, and continued to check on my progress well after my return to the field. His compassion for patients and skills as a surgeon are exceptional, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a world-class hand surgeon. He always listened to my needs as a patient, and I… wouldn’t have been able to return in time to finish out the season if it wasn’t for him. Thank you Dr. Vitale!

Excellent doctor!

One week ago this wonderful doctor changed replaced my right elbow. It’s a special surgery I have been suffering for over three years with stabbing pains and after the surgery the pains have gone. One week later I am at home enjoying a cup of coffee being very thankful today for this doctor. I highly recommend him. He listens, he cares, he is kind, and he is a great surgeon!

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I saw him regarding elbow which is bone on bone and wrist hand surgery. He explained everything to me in great detail and with all the time in the world for me to ask all of my questions. We have a plan for me and he understood me completely. Highly recommend!
