Dr. Mark Anthony Williams, MD

The surgery scheduler is never there and they don’t have anyone backing her up when she’s gone. You get put on hold forever and the phone rings over and over with no answer. If you leave a voicemail, no call back. They also said my name wrong even after I corrected them and I don’t even have a hard name to say so there’s no telling what they called people with hard names. The wait is always forever long. They sent my bills to the wrong address that I haven’t lived at in forever. I don’t even know how they got that address it’s so old. I went to get a second opinion and the doctor showed me the ct and explained everything in such detail. I felt heard and understood in way that I never did at Dr. Williams.

My nose was bent from a car wreck while I was in the army in 1963. My nose was closing. Got so bad for all most 50 years I could not breathe thru it at all. Finally the Va sent me to DR Williams. After surgery my nose was where it was suppose to be. I could finally breath again. Big thank you DR Williams.

A very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to listen and explains everything in a way you understand. I can't recommend more. I totally trust him and that says a lot.
