Spends time with my family and asks the extra question that needs asked to get to the answer. Very thorough.

We LOVE Dr. Mark. He is a wonderful doctor. Actually talks to the kids and makes the appointment about THEM!!

He is unable to diagnose accurately and is not up to date in the field.

His staff is rude... That is if you can ever get them to answer the phone. His cpna is rude and accused my son (13) of being on drugs when he had a severe case of mono. You can not been seen quickly if your child is sick, partly because it goes straight to voicemail. The doctor actually jerked my special needs arm because he didn't immediately corporate with him. I hate this practice and quit after 3 visits.

I love Dr. Mark... But his nurse who sees patients is not my favorite. She rushes, isn't very talkative and seems to not look close enough at my children. She also missed an ear infection and sinus infection. Dr Mark is fantastic- my son loves him!!!

I don't really trust the diagnosis with ear infections, i think his cpna is took quick at saying no infection, my sons ears ended up ruptured b/ c she said they weren't infected, and the last time she checked my daughters ears she said they weren't and i had her look again and the. One was! Other than that all is good

talks to children and plays with them. Staff is very nice when speaking with them. The only thing I don't like is the doctor who takes care of the children when Dr. Wilson is on vacation, that doctor is not part of his staff

He was the house pediatrician following my daughters birth at OVMC. He was very open, honest, and truthful and easy to communicate with. Extremely informative! I would recommend him as a physician to any mom for their children!!!
