Left his practice and patients without warning. Very unprofessional

Dr.Wilson is nice and very detailed,however he overbooks appointments and I've had to wait as long as 2 hours before being seen,,and that's with having a first morning appointment. I blame the Dr,,not his nurse or secretary as he is the one that tells them how long to allow between visits. I have to have allergy meds made up by his "allergy nurse",,gave my credit card to the receptionist/secretary a couple of months ago,,and when I reordered the meds,she had no record of my credit card info. That makes me leary of things,cause the possibility of some stranger getting hold of my credit card numbers ,,is now a risk. I think that perhaps Dr.Wilson needs to do a weekly or bi-monthly meeting/checkpoint between himself and his staff. Such things as "misplacing" someone credit card numbers is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. But Dr.Wilson is a very good Dr,,just keeps you waiting "FOREVER".

Dr. Wilson has been a true advocate for me as I have sought resolution to my healthcare problem. I've never felt rushed and always felt that he has heard my concerns and addressed them. My son and I are both his patients and he has always mirrored his approach to meet our individual needs. His clinical staff always greet me with a smile and are attentive to my needs. I so appreciate feeling I have someone on my side in tackling my healthcare needs. I was completely at ease going to surgery under his hand. The team has also been flexible to meet my challenging schedule.

I called this morning for an appointment and the receptionist said that there had actually been a cancelation at 9:20 and I could come in then. We arrived about 9:15 am. We did not see the doctor until AFTER 10:45! I was there with a 3 year old and a 9 month old. The doctor looked in my son's ear and pretty much said, "Yes, he scratch it". Then he went for a hearing test and they tried to do the adult hearing test on my 3 year old. They said he was "uncooperative" when he didn't follow the instructions. The doctor wanted us to come back in two weeks for a follow up. When I went to check out, the lady handed me the appointment card and said word for word "it's for a Monday." She did not ask if this time would be ok or if this appointment would work for me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
