Riverside is really the only eye center here. He is very detailed. But his assistants are the worst they are snappy, act as if you are bothering them. He fails because he plays the "money/insurance game. By that I mean he refuses to give patients their P. D. which is required when you purchase glasses. When you visit the optical shop they hv the audacity to charge 35.00. I don't get the whole refraction test and eye exam pricing but if you are doing a full eye examination if the pt asks for their P. D. to refuse to do it is in my opinion is failing to provide a full and complete eye exam. He is not some mall franchise doctor he is part of a medical facility that should provide a patient with everything needed for glasses. As much as a visit cost it's not right to give the patient ALL the info needed to purchase glasses. They refuse to prevent you from buying glasses online. His answer was wherever you get your glasses from that is their job I won't do it. On your eye RX there is a… space for it if it's blank then the eye exam is incomplete. Refusal to do so he fails the patient.
