Dr. Mark Shahram Yafai, MD

I booked an appointment for my daughter weeks ago, received voicemail a week before to say that Dr Yafai had surgery and could not make our appointment. Called to reschedule and was told that message was an error and he would be there after all. When i showed up for our appointment the following week with my daughter (leaving work/school early to be there on time, i was told “sorry, he’s in surgery - left you a voicemail yesrerday.” Absolutely no voicemail or missed call on my phone...so infuriating as such a waste of time. Will definitely not be back.

Dr. Yafai and his staff were great! Always on time and great bedside manner. Office was very clean and no long wait times. A+ on all fronts!!!

I was scared because of other medical problems I have. He and his staff are very compassionate. I felt very well taken care of. I wouldn’t use any other oral surgeon.

Dr Mark Yafai is by far the best, honest, expert, kind, fair doctor I have had the last 72 years. I was triffied of implants but he did 3 implants and 2 extract in one afternoon and I did not feel anything and I seriously had 2 day of discomfort. This handsome, kind, caring doctor has the gentlest touch. He is just great. He does need to change his picture because it does not do him justic.
