Dr. Mark Ali Zacharek, MD

The 1 star is for Dr. Zacharek, who is an excellent provider. The empty stars are for the office who is one of the worst!!! It has been 4 months and I haven’t received my referral letters including an allergist for my sinus problem and intense ear pain. For the first 2 months, they delayed sending my prescriptions over to my pharmacy. I had to call them over 20 times during the coarse of couple months, until I was even informed about the names of my 3 prescribed medications. I’m still getting bounced back and forth in a vicious circle about my referral letters to see other specialists recommended by Dr. Z. The office assures they sent the referral letters but when I call the referred-to offices, they swear the got nothing in my name. The office also claims that they do not write any PA for medications that need a PA to be covered by my insurance, and expects me to buy everything out of my pocket. I initiated a grief and will escalate my complaint, but until now I am still getting… bounced over and over with the same kind of pain and ZERO relief!

Dr Z is by far the greatest Dr I’ve ever seen and I’ve been seen by many. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient. He never seems rushed and takes his time with you. He even has called me personally to discuss my plan of care and test results. I couldn’t recommend this Dr enough. He deserves 10 stars. Oh and his staff is wonderful as well!

I have seen multiple ENTs in the last few years, and Dr. Zacharek was the most thorough and accurate. He spent a good amount of time with me, explaining my condition and treatment options. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT evaluation.

This doctor was thorough and extremely helpful. Appointment was on time - no extra waiting. Very efficient practice with solid explanations of the course of care. I wish all doctors would model their practice after this physician and staff.

Was referred to Dr Z from another EMT specialist because he wasn't finding what was wrong. I was so thankful that I went, even though it was a drive. He is so personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain and even draw out for a proper understanding. I love those visual aides. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had a good experience. Dr Z made a lot of sense on my condition and the suggested resolutions. I actually have some hope now. THANK YOU Dr Z and your staff. You have no idea how thankful I was to have been able to get in to see you as soon as I was. Even my husband said after we left... I like him....He made a lot of sense.

After seeing many, many doctors over six years time, Dr Zacharek correctly diagnosed me with a very rare autoimmune disease. He has continued to monitor me and always shows an immense amount of compassion. He literally saved my life!

It certainly appears this office is accepting far too many patients to be able to offer the level of care that should be expected at a hospital of this caliber. The office is staff is also extremely unhelpful and rude. It becomes very obvious that the patient is going to have to do all the leg work when it comes to getting any medical records or insurance information from them. They do not point you in the right direction or offer to help in any way. I would recommend avoiding this office regardless of the level of Dr. Zacharek's expertise.

Dr. Zacharek was a great Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and nice person. He is a good listener. He spent sufficient time for consultation explaining everything to me in an easy way. I was very satisfied with his Service and Know how. I will definitely choose him again.
