Dr. Mark Allen Zappone

'I have been a patient of DR. Mark Zappone's for over fifteen years. He is compassionate, considerate, and caring. He is straightforward and some people that are perhaps overly sensitive might take that the wrong way, but he means no ill-will whatsoever.'

I have never been so I appalled by the behavior of a health professional in my life. Mark Zappone was completely dismissive and judge mental of my concerns and how I felt. He continued to talk over me and down to me, completely invalidating my struggles and making me feel even more self conscious about myself. Ok the follow up appointment he confused me with a different patient of his, and then correcting himself with an extremely inappropriate and offensive reply “oh yeah, you’re the girl with the “****** issues” (slangly making fun of a mental health disorder. Ge was also and hour and a half late to the appointment and tried to rush me out. I honestly don’t know how this man has not been reported and is able to hold a mental health license.
