Dr. Mark Julian Zuckerman, MD

This was my first time visiting Dr. Zuckerman. I don't mind waiting at all because I know he is a thorough doctor. He isn't the kind of Dr. who looks at you for 10 minutes and on to the next patient without any care. From my experience with Dr. Zuckerman, I think he is one of the top doctors in his field. A Doctor who cares for his patients and wants the best for them. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zuckerman.

I'm a 30 yr plus patient of Dr. Zuckerman. I have a crippling disease and thanks to this caring doctor I am still able to walk unassisted. His willingness to work with me has given me the ability to live a relatively normal life. I will always be eternally grateful. The office staff is equally caring and professional. I hope he never retires. Thank you Dr. Zuckerman & staff.

Extremely unprofessional, Mark Zuckerman was confrontational and aggressive during his exam. When I became emotional (I was having following a pen due to issues with depth perception after concussion) he slammed the pen down and yelled that following a pen shouldn’t be so traumatic. I was clearly upset and frightened by my symptoms and he could not have been more cold or callous.

Family member is long time patient. We need forms filled out. We're told policy is they don't fill out forms. Wouldn't you think that's part of a practitioners job, to help the patient and their family with the assistance they need? Apparently, This physician only cares about money, not about patients.. I recommend to Stay away from this insensitive practice.

Worked there. They’re told to book EMG’s, an often uncomfortable and painful test, because that’s where the money is. Manager is a sad man under constant pressure to make excuses for a dr who is always late, and not a little. Also, he retaliates by refusing to help when office staff is overwhelmed. Ask them how many front office personnel they’ve been through in the past 5 years?

Dr. Zuckerman still sees his own patients he doesn't have a PA see you and he takes his time with you unlike most Dr's today that rush you in and out like an assembly line.

On my third appointment, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. I checked with the receptionist and there had been no medical emergency and that Dr. Zuckerman was "running a little behind." One hour and 15 minutes is a bit more than a "little behind". Apparently, Dr. Zuckerman is totally unconcerned about his patients and appointment times. I walked out never to return. I find Dr. Zuckerman to be rude and as far as "running behind", he can kiss my behind.

I changed from my previous neurologist as the average wait time was 3 hours and the receptionist was not very nice. Dr. Zuckerman was recommended by my neurosurgeon that had treated me in the hospital for a brain bleed. Although there are times I have waited, the most was 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes only a few minutes. Dr. Zuckerman goes over all my health conditions, all my medications and treatments, and even where I go for them. I have complete confidence with him for my neurological needs. The staff has always been very nice.
