Very cold and unfriendly lady, it looks like she doesn't want to spend time with a patient. We were waiting for our appointment in the patient room for 30 min, she was with another patient at that time. Then she spent 10 min with us and tried to get us out as soon as possible. She even didn't give us a chance to ask questions. Very unprofessional. I will try to change my primary Doctor.

Just recently switch to kasalova my wife and I really enjoyed her very comforting physician

Dr Kasalova is such a great doctor. I have been going to her for quite some time now. She spends very quality time with me and really knows what she is doing. She is by far the best Doctor I have ever experienced. Very kind person and you will be impressed with her knowledge. She goes above and beyond what any other doctor has ever done.

Dr Kasalova takes time to listen, never rushes. She trusts what I am saying. She is very thorough, great bedside manner. I like that I can call into the office and they don't tell me immediately that I have to make an appt. Sometimes she will send out a prescription without an office visit.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Kassalova. She was excellent at diagnosing my problems, recommending treatment and demonstrating compassionate concern. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician, especially if you are diabetic.
