Dr. Markham Kirsten, MD

I was referred to Dr Kristen for a second opinion. In the beginning, everything was fine ,my anxiety was better. I was taking a low dosage to taper off, he had giving me refills, without proper notification,he stopped my medication, and said you will be fine,because of your low dosage.If you problems contact me, because of your age,this medication is dangerous,he knew that before he prescribed it. I just pray and hope, I will be fine, without that medication.I think the way it did it was awful and unprofessional. I am tired of Kaiser doctors,before this one,the other one was worse.

This man has NO BUSINESS dealing with patients with mental health issues. He is EXTREMELY judgmental. He needs to retire - no common sense and rude!

This man is a poor psychiatrist. He judges you and tells you what he assumes. He doesn't listen. I actually reported him to Kaiser for the awful assumptions he made about me before even knowing me just a little. I am sure he was written up for this as my phone interview about him was quit in depth. Some other reviewer said he is a "no B.S." kind of doctor - wrong! He is a non-caring S.O.B. Hope I never see him in public somewhere.

Well first i wanna say im 24 ,been seeing dr for about since i was 19 i wanna say on in off. and at first he was helping a lil in the begining. then i started loosing hope. bad things lots of losses. major anxiety pretty sure even he sees it every time i vist. oviously hes not helping much if i feel pretty much the same which is bad. . he not stil has me on a low does of anxiety meds n added a seddative for my sleep which made me even worse. hes always late on my request for refills to the point where somtimes i half to have a family member get them for me. he doesnt really hear you out as well when your tryna tell him what you think you need. addleast question it but im calling and changeing my doctor as soon as i can. im seeking help not this

She helped me through a rough time of depression. I love the meditation and core belief therapy. I would recommend her to a friend especially since she made me a much stronger a happier person. Thank you so much!!!! A+++++

The most memorable was if i would have taken the advise he gave that night i got sick because of those horrible antipsycotics he prescribes people swell I wouldn't be alive to tell you anything about that guy. He humilitated me in front of his piers and people that like me and he is the one that is sick and very bipolar! Maybe he needs to take his own advise when it comes these sick drugs that cause nothing less than a chemical lobotomy according just not from me but from a lot of other good men and women. Please you must believe this man is sicker than any of his patients and does not even compassion or empathy towards anyone. My suggestion remove him before he hurts someone! Thanks!

Hey do you want a psychiatrist to coddle you or do you want him to tell it like it is and do whatever you need to be told in order to get better? Well if you want the latter, Dr. Kirsten is your man. Go ahead, ask him why the Mayan calendar ends at 2012, you will be blown away with the answer. In my opinion, it goes: God, Jesus, Michael Jackson, and then Dr. Kirsten.
