Dr. Jachtorowycz has been my gynecologist for over 20 yrs. He has consistently been caring, professional, on time, easy to talk to, listens well, answers all questions thoroughly. Don't know what I'd do without him.

I've seen him for a couple of years now. I'm a much younger patient than who is usually in the office but it's never awkward. The waiting room does take a long time, but I'm consistently satisfied with the time he gives to me during my appointment. I believe he often takes emergencies which throws off the schedule, but that makes me feel better that he'd see me if I had an emergency. I had a laparoscopy done with him that went very smoothly, no complications and very small scars. I also appreciate that he encourages me to be well informed before I make a decision on my care.

I've been going to Dr. Jachtorowycz for three years and never once have I not had to wait 75-90 minutes past the time of my actual appointment for the doctor to finally come in the room. The last time I was there, I waited close to 90 minutes and then only saw the doctor for 2 minutes before he told me to schedule a follow-up and left to see another patient (I was so angry after waiting so long, I actually timed how long I got to see him). If this happened once or twice, I'd be very understanding, but when it happens every single time, it's a big sign that this man has zero respect for his patients' time. So what if I get paid by the hour and lose a big chunk of the income I depend on every time I have an appointment with Dr. Jachtorowycz? He doesn't care--he's a rich and important doctor who's probably never had to scrape by on a lousy hourly wage in his life. If I were to show up 75 minutes late for an appointment, I have no doubt they would not even see me and would charge me a… penalty fee to boot, but he can be 75 minutes late to every single appointment, and I'm just supposed to be grateful that he's seen fit to take my money and grace me with a few seconds of his time. Why? Because I am not important--I'm just a patient. Well, I've had enough, and I'm finally changing doctors. Dr. Jachtorowycz might be a nice guy, but actions speak louder than words.

A very caring and informative physician. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood all that I needed to know, clearly. So happy to have found this doctor.

As an awkward, private 19 year old, I had my first abnormal pap smear. Never in my life at that time would I have believed that I would feel comfortable seeing a middle aged man for my most private issues, but I was wrong. Dr. Jachtorowycz is an excellent doctor. He is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable and treats his patients with great respect. No question is too silly, and I walk away from every appointment feeling reassured that I am getting the best care possible. The one and only downside to seeing him is that sometimes the wait time is long. However, I quickly recognized that this is due to the high quality of care you receive once stepping inside the office. He spends as much time as he needs to to make every patient comfortable (and some of them are elderly and need extra explanations and physical support). Additionally, there have been multiple occasions where I have had a *VERY* urgent situation and have needed to be squeezed in and his office has done it every… time, without seeming irritated in any way. I absolutely love this practice and would recommend it to anyone needing great gynecological care.

Dr. J is a very kind, compassionate, and sensitive Dr. who takes time to listen and make the pt. feel at ease. He explains each procedure before he does it. He gives a pt the impression that he cares about you and your problem.

clinically excellent and wonderfully personable. Truly cares. He is the doctor that the nurses at the hospitals go to, which says it all.

Dr. Jachtorowycz is great but if you call on the phone, be prepared to wait, and wait and wait. The office help demonstrates no urgency at all. I was going to make a follow up appointment but I got tired of waiting on the phone so I just hung up and called someone else.

He is a very caring, considerate gynecologist! He has an excellent bedside manner. Answers any questions you have. He is just one of the best!

Very knowledgeable, listens, answers all questions and concerns, easy to talk to, very personable, shows his concern for your well-being, respectful but also has a good sense of humor when appropriate. Great doc!
