Dr. Marla C Dubinsky, MD

My wife was 2 months pregnant with a flare, and was not a comfortable position to be in. Her gastro, also a Mount Sinai doc, referred us over to Dr. Dubinsky, as it was a very delicate case to treat. She was amazing, once her nurse gathers all of the relevant and current information, she came in with several specialists relevant to the case. She worked out a treatment plan, tweaked it as necessary, and got us through the pregnancy. The pregnancy hormones make it very tricky, and there is no one more qualified in this situation. My wife gave birth to a beautiful, healthy girl, and could not be more grateful, to Dr Dubinsky and the Mount Sinai gastro team. Dr. Dubinsky was recruited from Cedars Sinai, of which is also top rated in Gastroenterology.

When I met Dr. Dubinsky in the ER with my 2 year old son I was at the end of my hope after he has been misdiagnosed for so long and his weight went down to 8 pounds. He was so sick and I felt I have lost all control of helping my son. She was the only Doctor that finally diagnosed him with Crohn's Disease the youngest ever at Cedar Sinai in Beverly Hills , Ca. I truly believe she saved Jaz 's life after so many ER visit s and GI Doctor that took thousand of $ , she was the first doctor to not only give the right diagnosis but also help him immediately and truly cared . I was so sad when she moved to the east coast but please know that you have been blessed with the most amazing doctor for Pediatric GI and surly for adults as well.

I was misdiagnosed by about 5 different doctors before I met the wonderful Marla Dubinsky. She has become a great importance in my life and she is such a wonderful doctor. I drive almost two hours one way to see her for all of my treatments and procedures. She is patient, understanding, respectful, honest, has a great sense of humor, and you can always be comfortable around her. I have loved her as my doc for over eight years now! I don't ever want to leave her office. The nurses and staff have always been patient and helpful. I cannot believe she has even a single bad report on her. She has saved so many lives including my own. She is just like a part of my family. I would recommend her to anyone with IBD. She remembers things from years and years ago about my diagnosis and my procedures. She follows up with me when I need to be in contact with other doctors or when I am due for procedures. Compared to the hundreds of medical staff and doctors combined that I have made contact with… over my years she has made this struggle a beautiful journey and sets me at ease. I have been a patient of Dr. Dubsinky's for years now. She has set the bar so high that every doctor I meet now is pale in comparison. She is the sweetest, most compassionate, sharpest, and the best GI doctor I have had experience with. I trust her with my life as she has saved it on more than one occasion. Truly an angel.

Great staff! Perfect with kids

Dr. Dubinsky has always been so wonderfully caring, very professional and very on top of my son's case, which has been quite severe for 15 years. When other Dr's in NV and CA were at a loss as to what to do to help my son, Dr. Dubinsky took over his care and though it took a while to get his disease under control, she never gave up hope and was always thinking ahead.

Dr. Dubinsky has literally saved my son's life on several occasions and she was able to come up with a treatment when no other Dr.'s would see him. I have my son today because of her and I am truly grateful!

I have been dealing with a flare of Crohns and found this doctor. Red flags began when I was given the wrong address - when I arrived at the right address the lot was full so I went to lot in hospital which I had to valet. Once in the office it was like a nursery school. I was then taken after 20 minutes to an office and was questioned by her nurses aid for 20 minutes and had blood pressure taken. I then waited another 20 minutes when a social worker came in and asked my questions for 10 minutes, then a clinical nutrionist came in and asked me questions for another 10-15 mins. then I waited another 20 minutes for Dubinsky. I found her extremely condescending and cold. She never examined me never laid a hand on me. Unsympathetic. Seemed very closed minded to alternative therapies I brought up. Very pro surgury which I know to be disaterous for Crohns.
