Dr. Klein is a really great doctor. I think she is highly competent and her staff are very friendly and helpful and professional.

I've been seeing Dr. Klein or her assistant regularly the past few years. I had horrible acne and deep ugly scars, which hurt my self confidence major ...

Dr. Klein seems professional accepted my file from my previous doctor that had left her practice. Since then my experience and opinion has been declining. During my last visit she wasn't quite sure why I even had to come in. Though her and only some of her staff was friendly I felt they were unprofessional among the reception staff and neither courteous nor friendly. My last visit was scheduled during their lunch hour causing me to miss my appointment. I have been a patient there for many years. When I made it to my last appointment they wanted me to fill out all the paperwork over again due to an address change that happened 3 yrs ago. This caused a great delay with no time for me to extend my tome off for this appointment. I had to cancel due to lack of time to see the doctor. There was no follow up. Poor experience due to lack of communication and proper planning.

I was Dr Kleins patient years ago. Moved to Phoenix and have been treated by other dermatologists. I will never leave Dr. Klein and her staff again. In fact, their even better. Great new staff additions that are kind, smart and professional, just like Dr. Klein. The new office is beautiful. This office is the best!!!

The staff here are extremely courteous and efficient. My friend recommended Dr. Klein, and she is very popular, I had to wait several months for my appointment. The day I was there she was prompt, she listened, and her advice helped me out a lot. I recommend this doctor to everyone.
