This lady is not only unprofessional she is downright unstable Somebody has to be the last in their class and Marlene Adams surely claimed that prize

I went to her when I was younger. i broke my two front teeth. She gave me veneers that looked like chicklets gum. She also had to do a root canal. I found out last year (after seeing a real dentist who fixed my veneers) that she didn’t porpoerly do the root canal, so i had to get another. She also did not address my gums when putting in the veneers so they were very infected. I ended up spending 12K to fix the work Dr Adams executed so poorly. Before she moved to her Mokena office, she used to smoke at her old office in Bolingbrook. She is the most unprofessional person i’ve ever encountered.

I've been seeing Dr Adams for over 20 years, followed her from her Bolingbrook office to Mokena..she is so worth the trip!

She doesn't have her own billing department and seems to do these things herself. She has no clue how to run it and doesn't even know what forms of payment she takes. Avoid and find a practice that knows what they are doing when it comes to billing. This whole process has been an awful hassle.

This so called dentist is an out right racist. I was in the chair when an african american came in to give her a payment. Since she works alone she had to handle the transaction while i waited. She then bad mouth them and flat out told me she doesnt like black people! She entered the wrong code and insurance balked on the payments. She would not admit her mistake and threatened to send me to a collection service if i didnt pay up by end of month! She was origanally wanting to " barter" for her service but i wanted nothing to do with that. When i told her about the wrong codes she flew off the handle... "Did you go to dental school?" Well no i did not but seeing how she had to talk herself through the procedure i cant imagine she was a very good student or Dentist. Very arrogant and once it became a little heated she actually said to me " you will address me as Doctor Adams..I earned it. That was the last she will ever her from me. Any one who gives her a decent… review must be family and fellow nut job Even told me she has no assistance because she doesnt trust them. I am no physiologist but this one is "crazy"

Dr. Adams has ALWAYS taken the best care of me and my extended family! She's the BEST1

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WORST DENTIST EVER!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ---SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN SENDS THE WRONG PERSON TO COLLECTIONS SO THEY CAN'T ASSIST YOU PROPERLY. SHE NEEDS 2GET A BILLING CO.CAUSE SHE DON'T WHAT SHE'S DOING!!
