I Am Also a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Educator, Speaker, and Author.

My style is energetic, warm, humorous, and collaborative. I take a holistic, strength-based, person-centered perspective, recognizing your unique background, strengths, capabilities, and …challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, I collaborate with my clients to promote change by building on their innate qualities and motivation for therapeutic growth. The techniques that I am trained in most extensively are CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and breath work.
