If you want to experience ableism from the admin side then this is the place to go. The billing is incredibly disorganized. If you already suffer from a mental health issue, save your energy and find a doctor that won't continue your problems but help them.

From the moment I called, I felt like a family member. Cheryl was kind and caring about my needs. She got me in quickly and greeted with with a warm smile. The Doctor was wonderful. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you both

Dr. Casiano is so sweet, kind and compassionate! I cant imagine how someone could have a bad experience with her! She is very empathetic! I have postpartum depression and Dr. Casiano has been very helpful in diagnosing and treating me. She was even published in Time magazine for her work in postpartum depression! I was also told that she is one of the pioneers of Postpartum awareness. Dr. Casiano came very highly recommended by my other doctors. I would see for yourself. As far as "Cheryl" I didn't even know her name til reading on here. I have not experienced any issues with staff.

Dr.Casiano is kind and helpful, and offers intelligent suggestions. But Cheryl, her office helper, doesn't belong in a doctor's office. She has low standards of professionalism---is lazy, falsifies insurance papers, and she doesn't seem to care about clients. I can't see how she can keep her job. She isn't friendly towards clients.

This rating is for her Office manager Cheryl. She screamed at me on the phone when I was in a crisis situation. How are you even allowed to be working with mental health patients?!

Both the Doctor and Cheryl are wonderful people.

I found BOTH Doctor Casiano and Cheryl to be kind, patient, understanding and caring.
