Marlene Goldwein, MD

Dr. Goldwein is TERRIBLE and deserves 0 stars. Once I called her off-hours number because I had a medical emergency, and she acted like I was bothering her. No empathy or compassion whatsoever. In addition, it is nearly impossible to get her office staff to fax referrals to specialists.

She is the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever been to in my entire life! I moved from a different state with Physical therapy treatment, pain management treatment, neurologist treatment and this lady wanted to question their medicines and disagree with them and there way of treating me. The went to better schools and were way more knowledgeable to treating me then she ever was. She decided to take me off all of my meds leave me in terrible pain. She ordered all the wrong test and when I finally got in touch with her to have her correct them so I could finally get my treatment and it took over a month to get a hold of her. My insurance was cancelled and she was so rude to me. She spoke to me so poorly and treated me like a fool. She has clear records showing I have autritis and all my bones and shifting forward cause terrible pain and she still looked at me as if I just wanted to get a fix!!!!! I am 25 with 2 young children and I am in constant pain and can not believe how bad she… treated me. And she hung the phone up on me!!! I just can't get over what a horrible human being she is. You can tell she makes money and could care less about any other person but herself. Oh and if you try and tell her when you feel and what you may think is wrong...she will tell you your wrong and lying. I was so insulted by her remarks!!!!

She keeps watching the door as you talk about your symptoms. I agree with previous comment. She really is awful.

I went to Marlene Goldwein for 7 years. She is very professional and interested in the care of her patients. She is good about giving referrals and it is fairly easy to get an appointment. Beth Manin who practices with her in Roxborough is also very good.

Dr Goldwein is awful.
