Dr. Marlene Julia Mash, MD

This review is not towards Dr. Mash. I never met her. But her PA is the absolute worst injector I've ever met. I had 40 units of botox and had to return for additional because it didn't work. And 4 weeks later, still no results. This is not my first treatment and I have NEVER had to have so much botox before. I also have experience in this field. Someone is not using it properly. What a shame. I would have returned if it was done properly. I liked the girls at the office. I felt comfortable there, but I don't like getting ripped off.

It was easy getting an appointment. Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Mash took her time to talk to me. Excellent service!

Had a rash that my dermatologist in Harrisburg couldn’t identify. Dr Mash knew what it was and treated it. She is the best in my book

I went into the office to have a funny mole looked at by Dr. Mash. Office staff was very nice. Only waited a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr.Mash could not have been nicer. Had the mole removed without a scar! I just went back for Botox and I look 10 years younger! Great place!

Worst dermatologist office EVER. All they want is your money so they will tell you all of the various options and what you need, what you should get and how many times - they don't care about the patient at all - only to see how much money they can squeeze out of each individual. They will do the most aggressive treatments when you don't even need it but will convince you that you will look amazing after you have a dozen or so sessions spending thousands of dollars only to be left with f'd up skin. The dermatologists I have seen since going to Dr Mash's office were amazed and blown away by the treatments I previoulsy had and now I have to pay more money on procedures to repair the damage that I had from Dr Mash. Do not go there - especially to someone who has had their medical license suspended.

I have been going to Dr. Mash for many years and every time I have gone I was treated with kindness and consideration. Also Dr. Mash always finds the problem and solves it. She is kind and gentle and I would recommend her and have recommended her to all my family and friends. Her staff are great and the make you feel very comfortable and are also knowledgeable.

I've been going to this office for years for standard dermatological treatments. They removed a large mole for me that needed mutiple stitches and it healed nicely. They have also taken off a few small ones, again with great healing results. I'm in my 30s and still have acne. I've gone to a lot of other doctors and used a lot of nasty creams in my day, but Mr. Mash found the perfect combo for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. I can't speak to all of the cosmic treatments they do because I haven't had them there. But, I did get microdermabrasion from the American Laser Center because I won a package. They suggested practicly the same type of treatments as Dr. Mash including adding a peel, and how many and how often I should come in for the best results. If you start asking, they will mention the products they sell such as moisturizers, face srubs, masks, etc., but no more than a hair salon trying to sell you their stuff and for the same reason - it's higher quality… than over the counter and to make a few extra bucks. I don't see a harm in that as where else are you going to get products recommend by a doctor who treats your face and can show you the best one. The couple things I've got I liked. The truth is there is no magic bullet to make you look like a photoshopped airbrushed model without makeup. Google your favorite models without makeup to just give you a reality check... honestly us ladies need to do that every now and then because it's no where else in the media. Whatever cosmic procedure you do could have risks, and it can look like you had work done, because you did! If you do decided to do something, always do your reach and see mutiple doctors. Dr. Mash's office does it all the time so they are probably a good place to start.

I am an seasoned Botox user and I have always received 20 units in between my brows from my plastic surgeon and by day 3 I cannot even move my forehead. I took advantage of Marlene Mash's groupon special 246.00 for 40 units. I got 30 units this time and absolutely NO RESULTS!!! I am severely dissatisfied and hope that they will be able to address my issue. I went to my plastic surgeon and he says there is no way I have even 20 units in my forehead by making me do a range of facial expressions. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

I have had psoriasis for years and have not been able to get treatment that works. I was treated by Dr.Mash and am happy to say it cleared up. I will continue following up when needed. Office staff was all very kind and helpful!

I would definatly go back to this office in the future! Doctor's treatment was successful and office staff was very friendly and helpful!
