Dr. Moore is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who completed his Dental training in 1991 at Washington University School of Dental Medicine followed by a two year Oral Medicine residency at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.He then completed a four year residency in Â Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University/Harlem Hospital Center .
Dr. Moore arrived at Parkchester Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in 1997 and is the former section chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at North General Hospital in Manhattan. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons as well as a member of the Bronx County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the National Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the New York Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Marlon Moore is the best oral surgeon! He has done excellent and exceptional work for my wife and myself for years. I highly recommend him if you need any type of oral surgery or dental implants. He has the experience, talent and wisdom to resolve your dental / oral problems. The harder the problem, the higher the challenge, the greater the outcome you will surely receive. My first visit to Dr Moore I had 7 teeth removed. It was painless and over begore I knew it.

My 11 year old daughter was referred to Dr. Moore's office to have 4 teeth extracted to prep her mouth for braces. Both my daughter and I were anxious about process. Dr. Moore was very professional and warm. He calmed her down and put her at ease. The staff are friendly and efficient. I could not believe how well the appointment went. My daughter and I are very thankful we were referred to this office!

I received an appt that was very convenient to me. My 7 yr old needed 4 extractions and the office staff was great in handling this situation. The dentist and his assistant were very friendly and caring towards my child. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Yes I will recommend everyone to this office. I will also be making an appt for myself.
