Dr. Marsha Lynn Chaffins, MD

Dr. Marsha Chaffins is a dermatologist with specialized training in dermatopathology and pathology who has been practicing for 37 years. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed her residency training at Henry Ford Health System. Dr. Chaffins combines her expertise in diagnosing skin conditions with advanced laboratory analysis of tissue samples. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Chaffins practices at multiple Henry Ford locations throughout the Detroit area, including Henry Ford Hospital, Henry Ford Medical Center New Center One, and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township. Her clinical focus includes treating common skin conditions such as eczema and contact dermatitis, as well as diagnosing and removing skin cysts. She performs specialized pathology testing and surgical pathology procedures to provide accurate diagnoses for her patients.
