Dr. Marsha Ann Harris, MD

I've never been to a worse doctor. I had an anal fistula Dr. Harris didn't diagnose for more than a month, saying instead that I had a nervous disorder. I was in extreme pain. I went to another colorectal surgeon, was diagnosed that day and had surgery that week. I felt completely myself a week later. I still can't believe how negligently I was treated by Dr. Harris.

Filled with anxiety and fear I made the call for an appointment with Dr. Harris. Received an immediate appointment - the wait was a little long but I can say well worth it. Dr. Harris gives off good vibes and this is so important to me - she knows are business. To have her go over my scans, diagnosis, surgery etc in layman's terms was beyond comforting. I'm not looking forward to the surgery but I will say I'm please it is her.

Dr. Harris is such a caring and knowledgeable doctor and very thorough and explains everything so you understand fully what your options are. I recommend her to all my friends and colleagues who are in need of her expertise and they have all been very happy with her as well. Dr Harris makes you feel very comfortable in what is a very weird circumstance for most of us.

Dr. Harris made what I thought would be an uncomfortable visit almost enjoyable. She drew pictures of what was going on in my body on the paper covering the exam table, and explained in detail why she recommended certain procedures and treatments over others. She spoke clearly, without condescending, and answered all of my questions. Her staff were very kind and courteous as well.

Dr. Harris is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thankful I found her.

I suffered from an anal fissure with intense pain for 3 months with another surgeon. On the advice of my gastro doc I switched to Dr. Harris. She found that I had no sign of any healing. She proposed a sphincterotomy indicating that the pain would be mostly gone in a week and completely gone in 2 to 3 weeks. That is exactly what happened and I have been pain free for 6 weeks now and completely healed.

I was so nervous about my visit that I was practically shaking. Dr. Harris is extremely professional, and has a warm and friendly personality that made the visit as pleasant as it possible. This really made a difference!

I've seen Dr. Harris for a year and a half. I am extremely happy to have found her. I look forward to continuing treatment with her for several issues. She is terrific.

AVOID HER. SHE PERFORMED AN UNESSERY SURGERY ON ME AND FREAKED OUT WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS GOING FOR A SECOND OPINION. MADE MY CONDITION WORSE FOR LIFE.DOUBLE BILLS. A COMPLETE AMATURE.FIND SOMEONE ELESE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE.
