I've been a patient of Dr Bailey's for almost 9 years. My cleanings are always very thorough and followed by an exam from Dr. Bailey. He spends as little or long of time as needed with me. Typically, that is minimal time. But when needed, he has sat with me to discuss in length my symptoms, various options, and etc. He has never acted hurried when I've needed extra time with him. I appreciate that. Brianna has cleaned my teeth for years now, and I love her. Lastly, but not least of all, Amy and Angela work the phones, checkin/checkout, and insurance questions with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. When my military retiree insurance recently made a drastic, Angela spent a long time going over my options with me. Who does that these days? In summary, I greatly appreciate my dental "team."

Dr. Bailey never bothered to enter the exam room for an appointment I made 6 months prior. The hygienist cleaned my teeth and took xrays and that concluded the visit. If he can't bother to see me, I will not return. By the way, I was billed for a full visit.

The stafff are amazing! Dr. Bailey has a wonderful disposition. I find he actively listens to my concerns. He takes his time but is not slow. His office is in an historic part of downtown St. Augustine and is super clean and comfortable. Nothing is intimidating or annoying about this doc. His wife runs the practice and I find her extremly acurate and friendly. She always treats my family like her own.
