Ask yourself. Why is this Doctor not in Network? My daughter was in the chair for a consultation before they informed us they were not in Network and we would have o pay $3600 up front for them to proceed.

My daughter had surgery in the office and she woke during the procedure screaming for me. I'll never forget hearing her screams. He obviously didn't give her enough to keep her under and didn't even seen bothered at all. After the surgery we were rushed out of the office - she was crying and very traumatized but they all just wanted us out of the office asap. I also had an issue with insurance where I was told there would be a small co pay and that day I was told I needed to pay 500.00. Needless to say they will not be seeing another dime from me no matter what is owed as I feel he needs to pay me for my PTSD.

I had a very sad experience with this office today. My son was scheduled for a procedure and they got my insurance information a week ago and told me it was just a $40 copay. I called them around three times prior the procedure and they reiterated the instructions and my copay of $40. Today , after they procedure they told they are out of network and I have to foot the bill of $3000+. Really?

Very unhappy with the service that Dr. Marshall Baldassarre provided to my son for his wisdom teeth extraction. Complications occurred after surgery (excessive bleeding and reaction to all the medicine given in his office), and my son ended up in the ER until 1am. Dr. Baldassarre was called 3X by the ER MD, and 2X needed to come in to the ER. The first time he came to the ER, he was rough, abrupt and quick and only changed the guaze pad, documenting that he was fine and bleeding under control. He left within minutes. My son bled through all the gauze within 10 minutes, and again Dr. Baldassarre was called. This time he did not come in, just instructed the ER doctor to try something else, which didn't work, and then the 3rd time he was called, he came in (probably around 10;30-11Pm) and then recognized that the bleeding was still occurring and needed to suture my son up in 4 areas of his mouth with heavy duty stitches. At this point, he had a horrible bed side manner, yelled at my son… (who was scared) and Dr. Baldassarre was rough, heavy handed and used whatever he could find to suture my son up. His office never called for a follow up appointment, nor to see how my son was after his ER visit. The only communication was when I called the office to ask for his medical records. So it is no surprise when my son came down with a bad infection the following week. He had facial swelling, severe pain and redness in his gums. This time we went to a different oral surgeon who was wonderful and took care of my son. He checked him on 5X to make sure the infection was healing. This 2nd oral surgeon is not allowed to bill insurance for any of this follow up because the surgeon who does the surgery gets all the money. We then said we would pay out of pocket for this good care by a different oral surgeon, who refused to charge us at this time. We have asked Dr. Baldassarre to reimburse us for this horrible care, which he has refused to do. I would not recommend Dr. Baldassarre to anyone. They care more about the money than the patient in my opinion.
