Dr. Balding received his Undergraduate Degree from Western Illinois University and attended Medical School at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then completed his surgical residency at Northlake Community Hospital. Dr. Balding was formerly Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a former member of the American College of Foot and Ankle surgeons. He was formerly a member of the American podiatric medical association as well as the Illinois podiatric medical association. He formerly had hospital affiliations with Rush Copley Hospital and Mercy Hospital both in Aurora. He was previously the chairman of the Board of Directors for the Family Support Center in Aurora.
