Dr. Marshall Chandler Cress, MD

This doctor is nice on the first two visits, then makes you believe you are in dire need of surgery or there could be irreversable damage. He is clearly all nice at first, then you realize he is just another shallow money hungry surgeon. After the girst week of surgery, you are basically on your own, forget about having papetwork done with honesty. He will put down you can jump through hoops even if you are basically dead inside. He only has his PA meet you and one in particular that has zero knowledge of your case, bc reading is too much apparently. God forbid you have symptoms or any questions. They go unanswered. Then people in his administration are far worse, vindictive andcretaliatory of you advocate for yourself. Then ifvyou complaintvto Orlando Health of neurosurgery, prepate yourself to be black ball. Dr. Cress failed me and all he cares is about getting his surgery fix apparently. Otherwise you are on your own, figuring out the after shocks of his surgery.

I am so perplexed how a physician can chart something that wasn’t done or discussed. Being in the medical field I would never do that. I find it quite interesting that he could also fill out disability paperwork even though I saw him once saying I never had restrictions and it was ok to work with having a TBI and herniated discs in my upper spine so working as a nurse in a critical care unit would of been safe for me as well as the patient. Also why refer me out to a physical rehab physician and memory center as they were confused why i couldn’t just go for a speech evaluation first instead of having to wait to see the physical rehabilitation doctor which was months later. And actually should of referred me to the proper neurologist and read through my previous MRIs which can be pulled up in the computer. It’s so disappointing and the fact his notes contraindicate what he said on disability paperwork saying I could of worked he already jeopardized my health and healing

This surgeon almost forced/scared me into surgery that I didn’t need. Thank god I saw another more honest neurosurgeon in town who told me the truth about my neck and avoided surgery all together.
