Never have we met such a wonderful and careing doctor or human. We are go glad to have him as our doctor foerver. If all the doc's would be like him the world would be a better place.Riverside should be privileged to have him on your staff. Words can not express how we feel. THANK YOU DR. CROSS {MARSALL}.

Dr. Cross has called to check up on me after I have left the hospital. Staff has been very prompt in arranging appointments with other specialists. He takes his time and answers your questions. Because he takes his time there may be longer wait times. I like that he has medical students following him.

Has performed three surgeries for me.

Imagine that you have just been told that although your van is loaded to take your 19 year old daughter back to college in a different state, she may have lymphoma and there are no surgeons who would see her this soon....well, Dr. Cross did. He fit us in on a Friday afternoon and my daughter was scheduled for surgery the following week. He not only was kind and thoughtful with his words, he gave us hope - hope that regardless of the outcome, our daughter would be okay. It's one thing when you are the person who needs the care, but another all together when it's your child. We trusted him with all we had, and he didn't falter in any way. With his skilled hands, he performed her procedure and with his kind heart, he kept in contact with us throughout the entire process, even calling during a holiday weekend. He gave our daughter all of his contact information including his home phone, and left her feeling confident and comfortable with what she could have been facing. Thankfully,… she did not have lymphoma, but we, as a family, could not have gotten through this process without the kindness and compassion of Dr. Cross.

I have had a few appts. with Dr. Cross and am impressed with not only his very personable bedside manner and professionalism, but certainly his diagnostic skill. My own case has stumped several doctors, but Dr. Cross was the best at explaining why there was no definitive diagnosis as well as being comprehensive about my options. His surgical skills are rated very high among the many physicians I have spoken to. When it's time for surgery, he will be my top choice.

Dr. Cross is uncaring and heartless. He cannot make a diagnosis on my situation therefore make guesses and sends me on fools treatments to no avail. Then when I am at my worst and had to cancel/reschedule appointments due to medical reasons, he refuses to see me anymore.

Dr. Marshall Cross has performed surgury for my daughter and twice for me. He is a professional, caring physician who ensures your understanding of the procedure to be performed and is sensitive to your concerns. He is approachable and readily available if you need to ask questions.

This doctor is awesome! Caring, personable...........WONDERFUL! He treats his patients like they are his family!
