Very caring and takes time to explain treatment.

Marshall G. was my physician for many years. My most serious concern is that he was/is far behind the times. Once, he couldn't "find" me on his laptop. NO email. Couldn't send him a FAX. No "scribe" or a PA to take notes. That he did, handwriting them while you're still there. You have to wait. Once, the office wrongly sent another's prescription to the pharmacy for me to pick up (I caught that blunder, which was rather serious, if I had started taking some else's drug). Many times I had brought up the issue of "modernizing" but it fell on deaf ears. My impression is that it worked for him in the '70s, and still ought to work for him now. (He's wrong, of course). To be fair, he's congenial, well read, personable, accommodating with prescriptions, and shows some care for seniors.

Dr. Goldstien is a very caring doctor. His wait time can be a little long but he spends more time with me than any previous doctor I've had. I would highly recommend him.

In the last week I have tried calling the office 4 times. 3 times I got the answering service even when the office was supposed to be open. I couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks. The guy is only in his office for 6 hours a day, 4 days a week. They can't even figure out how to work a fax machine. The best part is... they don't take credit cards! What year is it in this office?

Terrible service. Couldnt pay me to sit in that office again....
