Dr. Marshall Mchenry, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. McHenry for 9 years. I have been most happy with Dr. McHenry and his staff. Dr. McHenry is extremely knowledgeable. In reading a few negative reviews, I cant help but think some people have assumed that a short, curt, blunt, to-the-point approach is not what they want. I on the other hand appreciate their (Doc and staff) direct, efficient, effective way of conducting themselves. Never had an issue. Always felt like they had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend!!

I would agree with many of the comments already submitted. Dr. McHenry is a fine doctor, but his office staff is very rude and unhelpful. On multiple occasions, they have lost important papers that I brought to them, and I had to make a second visit to bring the papers again. They will not accept a scanned/emailed document. You have to fax documents to them. In 2018, who has a fax machine and who faxes anymore? I am getting close to the point of now looking for a new doctor because of his office staff.

Have to agree with the comments about the rude and unhelpful staff. When I telephoned the office with a procedural question, two of them wouldn't even identify themselves when I asked who I was talking to! I never got an answer either.

Dr McHenry is a wonderful man, but his staff is hideous, They treat patients in a condescending and rude way, knowing that patients are helpless to respond. The ones who have been there for longer are rude, caustic, and over all unpleasant. I would recommend going somewhere else because one deals with the staff more than the actual doctor.

Go somewhere else. This doctor is of no help. You can tell him what you need. He does nothing for the patients. DONE WITH HIM! He does not listen to his patients. We have giving him a couple of chances. We will not be returning.

The doctor himself is awesome and so is his P.A. They both take the time to listen to you and explain things as well. But his staff, at both locations are not only unhelpful but they are flat out rude to you! Have been with them almost two years and good doctors are hard to find but his staff is so bad that I am considering looking elsewhere for a care provider. He is often overscheduled and doesn't have time to correct the mistakes his staff makes but still has the same staff.....

Office staff - not nurses - borders on rude. One in particular - I hope she no longer works there - nearly brought me to tears.

Love this doctor! Very good but his staff need lessons on courtesy! They are rude and not understanding, they seem like they don't want to be helpful.
