I really can’t commit I don’t even get the chance to make an appointment because I’m disabled and require a low amount of pain medication. I sure wish I wasn’t DISABLED!

Staff is very rude and never listens. My wife had a bad infected finger. Gave no shots for the infection and took nearly 24 hours to get an antibiotic call in for her to start. The lady at the front desk, office manager, and doctors don't care if you have a complaint. It is like a drive through doctors office. Never ever will I, my wife, or family ever walk back into this place.

Had to diagnose myself. I had to request that they do a flu test which I have. Paperwork is missing from my file from when they gave me a Rocephin shot and I had an allergic reaction that required a trip to the hospital. Never noted it in my chart that I had a reaction. Started to give me a Rocephin shot today.

All staff were absolute professiinals. They truly care about your health care and go the extra mile to ensure they see it through. Thx.

overall experience was excellent. Dr. Sanson diagnosed my problem within the first visit that other doctors had not. He has a wonderful bedside manner and very professional. Dr. Sanson truly appears to care for the patient and does not treat you like a number. I will continue to use Dr. Sanson.
